Checkout Process

When I try to checkout with PayPal my credit gets denied, what should I do?

PayPal was fined for violations of the Import Control Act because they did not have a way to regulate foreign transactions. They then installed a security software that searches for key words to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately "Cuba" and "Cuban" are the obvious keywords that will stop your transaction. If this happens you can go back and select "pay by credit card" this seems to bi-pass the automated security check and go through most of the time. If you still have trouble you can try calling us to place the order. Rest assured that your order is NOT violating any laws. Your items are all purchased, sold, and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return something?

Our returns policy makes it easy to return an item! You can return items via US mail, UPS or any other shipping method, However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the reason for return is our fault. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Most items must be returned within 90 days. Food items must be returned within 30 days. Some items are subject to special return policies; those special return policies will be addressed in the individual product description. Gift Cards cannot be returned. Please read our Returns Policy for further details.

I just received my clothing items but they are the wrong size

Simply return the article in the same condition you received it, and we will exchange it for the correct size. Please note this does not apply to custom orders, (please read below in the "custom orders" section) and additional shipping charges will apply. All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and packaging intact. As a special sizing note, we carry different brands of clothing which in turn are manufactured by different companies.

I just received my clothing items and wish to return them and receive a refund

On clothing items we offer a 60 day return policy if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, or simply change your mind. Returns beyond the 60 day limit are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and are only accepted within 180 days of your order date. Shipping charges are not reimbursable. Clothing articles must be unworn and undamaged with all original packaging and tags intact. Again, custom apparel orders do not apply to the return policy described above. Please read below in the "Custom Orders" section.

I just received my food items and wish to return them and receive a refund.

Due to the average shelf life on food items we offer a 30 day return policy if change your mind. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days of your order date. Certain items may have a shorter return policy. Those items will state the return policy on the packing list. Shipping charges are not reimbursable. Food items must be unopened and packaging must be undamaged. Frozen food cannot be returned for reasons of quality control.

I just received my order and it is either damaged or wrong?

If it is our fault, simply return the item within 30 days of your order, and we will either refund or replace the item at no cost to you. Our return address is:

What is your Shipping method?

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are usually shipped the same or next day. Weekend orders are processed on the following business day. Orders with backorders can take longer. Most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, FedEx Ground-Home Delivery, or First Class U.S. Mail, we reserve the right to switch carriers for certain items if delivery time is not impacted. On average it takes 2-5 days for delivery of your order. Our warehouse is located in California.

International Shipping We ship to most countries. We use USPS global priority, global express, and FedEx. Shipping time varies from 6-10 business days depending on the method. Free shipping promotions do not apply to International orders.

Free ShippingThe free shipping offer does not apply to rush or overnight shipping, discounted specials, food items, wholesale orders, International orders (including Mexico and Canada), or custom orders. If shipping cost for international orders are not collected up front when the order is processed they will be added to the credit card in a separate transaction, at actual cost.

Any additional customs cost at the destination point are the responsibility of the Buyer. This includes, but is not limited to taxes, fees, duty, and tarifs imposed by the local government.

What are your hours of operation?

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service operators are available Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (PST). 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (PST) Saturdays & Sundays. Customer Service is closed on some of the major holidays like Christmas and New Year's Day.
