Checkout Process When I try to checkout with PayPal my credit gets denied, what should I do? PayPal was fined for violations of the Import Control Act because they did not have a way to regulate foreign transactions. They then installed a security software that searches for key words to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately "Cuba" and "Cuban" are the obvious keywords that will stop your transaction. If this happens you can go back and select "pay by credit card" this seems to bi-pass the automated security check and go through most of the time. If you still have trouble you can try calling us to place the order. Rest assured that your order is NOT violating any laws. Your items are all purchased, sold, and shipped from Los Angeles, California. Returns & Refunds How do I return something? Our returns policy makes it easy to return an item! You can return items via US mail, UPS or any other shipping method, However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the reason for return is our fault. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Most items must be returned within 90 days. Food items must be returned within 30 days. Some items are subject to special return policies; those special return policies will be addressed in the individual product description. Gift Cards cannot be returned. I just received my clothing items but they are the wrong size Simply return the article in the same condition you received it, and we will exchange it for the correct size. On average it takes 2-5 days for delivery of your order. Our warehouse is located in California. International Shipping We ship to most countries. We use USPS global priority, global express, and FedEx. Shipping time varies from 6-10 business days depending on the method. Free shipping promotions do not apply to International orders.
