Checkout Process - FAQ

When I try to checkout with PayPal my credit card gets denied, what should I do?


In 2015 PayPal was fined 7.7 million for alleged violations of OFAC Sanction against Iran, Sudan, and Cuba. In 2016 they installed security software that searches for key words to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately "Cuba" and "Cuban" are the obvious keywords that will stop your transaction and a lot of our products have those words in the descriptions. If this happens you can go back and select "pay by credit card" this seems to bi-pass the automated security check and goes through most of the time. If you still have trouble you can try calling us to place the order. Rest assured that your order is NOT violating any laws. Your items are all purchased, sold, and shipped from Los Angeles, California.


Shipping and Handling

At, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

1.            The delivery option you choose at checkout.

2.            The weight, size and dimensions of your items.

3.            Any special packaging requirements, such as, but not limited to, Styrofoam coolers, dry ice, crating, and any other special packaging services.

4.            Your shipping carrier preferences (i.e. FedEx, USPS)

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Confirm Order" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. By clicking on the submit button, you are also agreeing to pay for the shipping charges applicable for the method and carrier you selected.

Free Shipping Promotion
We offer Free Shipping on many items. Our Free Shipping promotion is only valid to addresses located within the continental
United States, and to APO/FPO military addresses with shipping rates that are equal to or less than the maximum shipping rate within the continental United States.

If you received an item that was part of our Free Shipping promotion and decide to return it, you no longer qualify for the promotion, and the amount we paid to ship it to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Military Shipments

We are happy to support the troop and ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Claims for items lost in shipment must be made by you with the carrier. will assist you by providing you with the basic shipping information.

Returns & Replacements Return Policy

We will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 90 days of the order date. Exchange Policy While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange items. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund. If the item was sent to you as a gift, we'll send you an e-Gift Card for the amount of the refund. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

How to return an item purchased on Most items on can be returned, as long as you do it within 90 days. If an exception is made to accept an item for refund past the 90 day period, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to return your item, you will be responsible for shipping, handling, Insurance, and gift-wrap charges if applicable, they cannot be refunded.  

To return an item by mail: Return your item to us by following a few simple steps.  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. You are responsible for the safe packaging of the items during the return shipment. Please include your reason for the return, and your contact information. 2. Label the package with the following address:, Attn: Returns, 22607 Evalyn Ave., Torrance, CA 90505 3.Take the package to your U.S. Post Office, choose the services you want to pay for, and mail it.   If you need to return an item that weighs over 70 pounds, contact our customer service department at (888) 32-CUBAN. If the return is a result of our error, your return shipping will be refunded at the cheapest rate. This return policy is valid for domestic returns only. There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders.  Also, please note:

1. Music, movies, and collectibles purchased on must be returned unopened.

2. Food, art, domino tables and game pieces purchased from are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of when they are returned.

3. Food items can only be returned within 30 days. Certain food items with short shelf life of less than 90 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted for return.

4. Gift Cards cannot be returned, or refunded for currency. Gift Cards do not expire, and will be honored as long as remains in business.

5. Clearance merchandise at the time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.

6. Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of a free promotional gift, free shipping, reduced shipping, or certain volume discounts if applicable.

7. Other restrictions may apply. We will do our best to describe these restrictions on the item description page.
